appraisal request form via email in pdf format or fax an appraisal request form. We will contact you as soon as possible to
confirm receipt of the appraisal order and to make arrangements for our inspection of the property to be appraised.
For
individuals requesting information on appraisals, please email or call JBO APPRAISAL SERVICES with your request and we will
reply with the information required for your appraisal needs.
